Well, maybe the OP can look at one of these two solutions for Arduino (not Circuitblocks):

Yeah, I’ve never used them, but you should be able to code your MAKERphone with these things.
Although, with this you’ll code it in the normal text coding way (without the colorful drag and drop blocks that you have in CircuitBlocks)
Actually it looks like there might be a better way than those tools and you might be able to use CircuitBlocks in the Linux VM.
