BIT can not connect to Restore Firmware

HI.
We have bought a Wacky Robots bundle for Bit. Now in order to play those games Bit instructs us to update firmware. Went on coce.circuitmess website, everything is connected correctly with cable, Agent downloaded, installed, and running but Bit can not be connected to what ever needs to be connected.

Then, I went online to find solutions and guides. Adjusted chrome how “help” section suggested (Screenshot by Lightshot)

no luck.
Tried to do it on other browsers (safari and firefox)
no luck.

it’s Christmas and I am sitting for 2 hours trying to find a solution, to have kids play with their new toys.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience :frowning:

Did you make sure that Bit is turned on while you were trying to connect it?

Bit is ON every time
