Can't Reset Clockstar Firmware

When I try to reset the firmware on my Clockstar I get:

Device found on port: /dev/cu.usbserial-10
Could not connect :frowning:

I can still successfully upload sketches to the device.
I am using a Mac running Sonoma 14.0 (23A344) and Safari Version 17.0 (19616.1.27.211.1).
