Help! We just built our chatters. 1 works perfectly. The other boots up fine but after about 3 seconds the display flips upside down. How can i fix this issue? Its unusable this way

Could you please send us a short video or a few pictures showing what happens with the display?
In the meantime, please try doing a firmware restore at code.circuitmess.com and see if that fixes the issue.

Hello there. Heres a couple pics of powerup and when it flips the display. Ive tried a firmware reset on the website but it is still the same.
I cant seem to get a video to send on here. I have a video though.

In addition to the video, could you please also unscrew the device and send us a photo of both Chatters (the working one and the faulty one)? We’d like a picture similar to the one in the attachment, where the ribbon cable from the screen is clearly visible.

It might help to carefully disconnect and then reconnect the ribbon cable to the connector to see if that resolves the screen issue.

They sent me out a replacement board and screen and it works fantastic! They’ve got excellent customer service. im very pleased.
Its a weird problem and I tried all of the trouble shooting tips but nothing helped.
