I would like to know the differences between the CHATTER and CHATTER 2.0 product.
I notice that CHATTER 2.0 has a strip connector near the Buzzer, what is it for?
Is the firmware unique for both CHATTER and CHATTER 2.0 or each of the two uses a specific and not interchangeable one?

thank you for your question.
So, you have to solder Chatter original, while you don’t have to solder Chatter 2.0. Basically, Chatter 2.0 is aimed at younger kids as well.
They both have specific firmware.

Are Chatter 1.0 and 2.0 able to message eachother?

unfortunately, they are not able to communicate.
You can only send messages between original Chatters or between Chatters 2.0.
