Hello, I have problem with connecting the device to pc via usb. Is is losing connection every second. Could you please help me. I wanted to restore firmware. Is there any reset button or similar.

Can you try using another USB cable or perhaps another PC if you have it?

I tried several cables, browsers and even different PC’s. Are there any other ways to fix that issue?
Although it looks like that is a hardware issue

but again, I’m not sure hot to check that. There are no visible damage. and the device never fell/crashed
