Hey Jeremie,
No, MAKERbuino games are not compatible.
It would take a whole lot of time to make even one game compatible since the whole button layout and the screen is different, let alone all the other things.
However, we are planning to create some sort of the emulator in the future. Until then, we encourage you and everyone else to make their own games, which can be based on older MAKERbuino games. Every game has its code available to everyone so cloning the game is perfectly fine.

I want to program a breakout clone for Ringo, but, is there any kind of tutoria o anything to start? I know to program games for gamebuino and arduboy, is It similar? any library to use?

Yes, it’s very similar but we have not created any major tutorials YET.
They will come, but in the meantime, check out our GitHub page, we have some examples of the games featured on the Ringo so you can check out the code there.
