try reflashing/restoring the firmware on CircutBlocks and check the ribbon cable, it could be a hardware issue also click this link, it will give you a basic intro to ribbon cables
make sure there are no blobs, make sure you didn’t burn any of the pins, make sure your solder connected the pin to the board itself
