Over the past 2 days, I must have flashed firmware about 100 times trying to track down a bug. I was just wondering how many times I can do this without wearing out the flash memory.

Nearly all Espressif chips are made to work with at least 100,000 cycles, so you have to do some more flashing before breaking the board! 
Don’t worry, if you do, we’ll send you a new one for free.
