How do I load an XML to the Nibble?

By XML I’m assuming you mean a saved CircuitBlocks sketch. Please let me know if that isn’t the case and give me more info about the file.
If it is the case, and you’re dealing with a sketch, you place the file in the CircuitBlocks directory inside My Documents. When you open CircuitBlocks, the sketch will be listed under Your sketches, where you can open it and run it on your Nibble.
