I’ve tried multiple USB cords on Safari, Chrome and Edge. None of them register a connection. Sometimes a white light appears on the watch possibly indicating a charge but its inconsistent. All the permissions on the browsers are good and all computers are up to date. The watch was delivered pre-soldered. I’m really excited to code and wear my watch but I can’t use it until this issue is resolved.

Are you connecting trough a USB Hub? Just know that some hubs dont work on code.circuitmess.com and you cant flash the firmware if its connected trough a hub. Try this!

My apologies. I didnt know where to post. Turns out it was user error. I didn’t turn the watch on. It’s good to go now.
