So i was thinking and makerphone has a wifi and i dont have a wifi board for a flipper and if i could un solder the arduino part of the maker phone and a chip on gpio on flipper would this be possible?

In theory, yes.
But it would be a very hard thing to desolder/put together.
I’d suggest getting an ESP8266 board (a few dollars on aliexpress or ebay) and interfacing it with your flipper.
I did a quick google search so there are already code examples like this one:
