Nibble white screen no games

Hi,

My son and I have just built his nibble for the first time. When we turn it on we only get a white screen with the turning on sound and nothing more. We can’t get the screen to show anything else. We think we did everything we should have when building it, including checking the soldering and bridging. Any thoughts?
