hi, I just purchased a chatter 2 and one of the LCDs was cracked out of the box. is it possible to order a replacement?

@Filip_Milkovic sorry for the delay getting back to you. I didn’t purchase the Chatter 2.0 directly from CircuitMess. I purchased it via a local reseller called Marden’s. I will be happy to purchase a screen since I didn’t purchase the device from Circuitmess directly.

Please contact us via email at contact@circuitmess.com and include a few pictures of the screen and the package you received. Once we have those, we’ll arrange to send you a replacement part free of charge.
