Hi, recently built a phone. Was set up and able to make calls. All of a sudden, we are seeing a “No Network Board!” error. In looking at the code, it looks like this shows up when sim_module_version == 255. Any idea what that error is
Ok. I contacted Ting and they pushed some update from their side and everything worked ok. The Customer Support rep said that smart phones have some built in functionality to pull these down when updated, but with older phones, they need to be pushed.
