Screen black

Hi everyone,

I would be happy if you could help me - my screen is completely white, when I press on it, becomes black and when I press really hard it’s like it’s supposed to be.

It’s not the contrast settings - I think it might be the microconroller (from reading about a similar topic here). But with everything soldered into place, it’s kind of hard to get the microcontroller back out.

Do you agree it’s the microcontroller? Ιf yes, how to get it back out? It seems pretty stuck…

Hey,

It seems that the screen is not functioning properly or that the soldering joints are not ideal.

Either way, can you please send us some photos of this, as well as the pics of the joints.

So sorry for this, worst case scenario - you send it back to us and we’ll fix it completely and send it back to you. :slight_smile:
