I’m currently building my Ringo, and I have a question concerning the screen. Is it normal that the panel is not fixed in the frame?
Doesn’t look normal. Mine isn’t falling out.

No, it shouldn’t be falling out!
You can try to glue it in some way or just make it stick but if you don’t manage to do that send me a DM so we can send you a new screen.
