During setup, at step 2/3 I get a Signal Error. It asks to retest the Antenna and I still get the same result. Took the Ringo apart and checked the antenna connection and it’s connected to the board. Any other ideas?

Could you please send us a few photos of the board to see if everything is soldered correctly?
You could also try just putting your SIM card inside and proceeding with the setup and try to get the initial connection without the setup wizard.
