The Ringo stopped finding the sim card

For no apparent reason, it just stopped finding it. I made a few calls, got a few sms, so i guess the sim card is ok.

Any ideas?

Ive tried removing and reentering the card, reseting the phone, but it still acts as if there is no sim card at all.

Sim 800c pcie adapter, 15.5.2019 v1.0.

hey, it seems i’m facing the same issue , without any reason the phone is not recognising the sim card anymore , what was the resolution for this issue ? i have followed all support advices without success …

I didnt solve it. I just put the phone aside.
