Wheelson will not turn on or connect to the computer for firmware reinstall, charge light does turn on. The charge light turns on, charged it over night, but no screen funtion. We have tried the reset button multiple times and tried to connect to circuit blocks to reinstall firmware but it says device not found, have tried multiple cords and ports. whats wrong with this?
