White screen on controller

When I turn on the controller I get a full screen of white pixels. Is there a way to correct this?

not sure if you resolved it. But one common issue for this to happen (all white or all black) is the ribbon cable not completely plugged in. Happened to my son as well…

I’ve noticed on my batmobile that it’s very hard to push the cable all the way in. It goes in (and holds firm when the connector closes) with just the tip in (and about 1…2 mm of the gold contacts still visible). However this is NOT ENOUGH.
If you try harder, the cable goes much further in with all of the gold contacts inside the connector and not visible anymore.
So make sure, it’s all the way in
