Hey there,
When we receive text messages they display on the home screen, but when attempting to access them we get a blank screen with the text “Error Loading Data” on it.
Anyone have any idea how to address this?

Have you tried a different SD card, or tried reformatting the one you are using? Sounds like a corrupted card.
