Accidentally damaged Wheelson board

So when my son and I were attempting to solder one of the buttons to the Wheelson board, the button fell out a little and was partially soldered in a bad position.

We attempted to heat the pin so we could either push it fully through the contact hole, or pull it back out and start over.

However, in doing so, we accidentally ripped out/off the little circular metal contact areas around the hole on the board… so now that little section is just… board.

Is there any way to salvage that? Or do we need a new board?
