Artemis Smartwatch Issue

I received this watch as a gift and put it together just fine. At first, it charged well and worked perfectly. The next day, it wouldn’t turn on. The screen wouldn’t work at all. I tried charging it but when it’s plugged in the only thing that happens is the orange notification lights glow, that’s it. I’m really unsure what to do about this, I think I was sent a bad battery? I didn’t use it that much. I would appreciate a solution or maybe a new battery or watch?

Could you please try unplugging the battery from the watch (the part with the red and black wires), wait about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in? That will reset the battery.

After reconnecting the battery, leave the watch on the charger for a full charge without touching it.

Also, please try restoring the firmware by connecting your device to a PC, going to https://code.circuitmess.com/ , and clicking the “Restore Firmware” button.
