Bob detected by Bit as Mr. Bee

Hi folks.

We bought a Bit for my kid. When he insert Bob, it gets detected as Mr. Bee. I have already restored the firmware through the website but the problem remains.

Has anybody experienced this before and were you able to fix it?

check the solder joints on the place where you enter bob, and the pins on bob himself
