I do not have a number four button

Sorry about that! Things like that unfortunately happen since every box is assembled by real human beings. 
If you want to, we can send a new button number four your way, but even without it your phone will work fine.

NOT FIXED - yes, I know it will work, but looks a bit odd without a number 4.
I can live with this though as it seems a waste of your money to send me one button. Up to you, so thank you.
