Can not connect Harald to bluetooth

Hello!
We got our son a Harald bot, built it, all the lights flashing, it says “Bluetooth” when turned on, but XFW–M18 is not shown on the bluetooth devices so I can’t pair it, I tried with my phone and a laptop.
And I know the bluetooth on these devices work normally, so it’s the issue with Harald.

Any ideas?

I’m sorry to hear Harald is not connecting to your Bluetooth.

Apologies, forgot to respond to my original message.
Thank you for your reply, I managed to connect it in the meantime.

The bluetooth ID of the Harald device was totally different from what the instructions said it will be, so I assumed that was just one of my other registered bluetooth devices.
Everything is working normally now.
