Cannot connect to Clockstar in Chrome in MacOS

Hi - My Clockstar v2 is not connecting the the Chrome environment. It says that no compatible device was found.

I have used different USB-C cables and I am not using a hub. It was soldered at the factory. It is powered on.

In Arduino IDE, it shows up as /dev/cu.usbmodem101

But I would like to access it through the CircuitMess web IDE.

Hello,

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting your Clockstar V2 to the CircuitMess web IDE. To help us understand the issue better, could you please send us clear photos of your setup, including the device, USB connection, and any messages you see on the screen to contact@circuitmess.com?

Once we receive the photos, we’ll be able to guide you with the next steps to get it working.

Thank you for your patience!

Best regards,

CircuitMess
