What is the difference between 32 and 64 bit circuit blocks for Windows.

Thank you for your question.
One of them is for 32but Windows, and the other is for 64 bit Windows. If your PC is older than 2010, it is probably 32 bit, and if it’s younger than 2010, it’s probably 64 bit.
Also, you can check that by checking the setting on your PC.
