Construction issues Artemis Watch and Chatter 2

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I assembled my new Artemis Watch and noticed that the four long screws are at the limit of the length needed to screw on the second ring after the watch circuit.
In addition, the LCD screen was positioned almost halfway outside the space on the circuit, with the 3M double-sided tape longer than the watch itself.
I had to detach it (risking breaking it) and put it in the right place.

When assembling the two Chatter v2s, I noticed that here too, the screws struggle to fit into the holes provided in the back cover (I enlarged them with the tip of a pair of scissors) and then struggle to grip the plastic of the front cover, spinning idly and without getting a grip.
I’m sorry about the feeling of poor plastic strength, but the old Chatter v1, although more complex, is more robust.

Have you had these problems too?

Fabio

Hi @argfa,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us and for sharing your detailed feedback, we really appreciate it.

Were you able to assemble both the Chatter 2.0 and the Artemis Watch in the end?

If not, could you please reach out to us at contact@circuitmess.com with some pictures of the issues you’re facing?
We apologize if you haven’t had the best experience with assembling our products and we’ll be happy to take a look and help sort everything out for you.

Kind regards,
Filip

Good morning @Filip_Milkovic,
Thank you for your intervention. I managed to assemble and get both Artemis Watch and the two Chatter v2s working properly.
My feedback was only related to the build quality of the components and pre-assembly.
I will send the support team details of the issues encountered.
Best regards,
Fabio
