Error when installing Circuit

I get an error when I install Circuitblocks.

A JavaScript error …! Capture

Anyone know how to fix this?
Windows 10, 64 bit

@Rob67ert Usually this error shows a missing folder. Can you check if the mentioned folder

really exists?
Did you install Circuitblocks with admin permissions?

Yes I did install it with admin rights.
