I soldered something backwards on Spencer

I got a little confused when it came to soldering the headers that connect the main circuit board to the display board, and I ended up putting the wrong pins through the holes and soldering them. So, now my connectors are lopsided and I can’t connect the display. I’ve tried using the pump to remove the soldering and get the backwards header out, but it doesn’t seem to be working, and I’m worried if I keep trying, I’ll ruin the entire project. Any tips on getting this fixed? Or is it a lost cause?
