Makerphone Network Connection Issue (Antenna Error)

Hello, I can’t seem to connect to the network. I have a North American/US phone. I have tried resetting the phone and going through the Setup Wizard several times. When I initialize the Setup Wizard, I get an error on Network Module Test 2/3 and a message of “Check the antenna” - this is the only error I receive during the Setup Wizard process.

I’ve attached screenshots of my phone for reference. Nothing seems to be damaged or out of place (to me). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey @pw214,

Unfortunately, Ringo stopped working with the majority of the US carriers due to the discontinuation of 3G support.

This led us to discontinue Ringo’s production three years ago.
