Hey guys, contacted support through the web site a few days ago when I recieved it, but no response. My Artemis 2 watch arrived with the screen colors inverted (so it was white with blue lines?) and is hard to read (looks polarised). In addition, the little select switch bottom left keeps getting stuck in the down position, making navigating the menus pretty much impossible. What are my options for next steps? Thanks!
I just got mine today and the rocker button also keeps getting stuck in the down position. it looks like the plastic case is catching on it. the hole just needs to be a little bigger. I opened it up and carefully cut about half the little plastic tab on the case off and that seemed to fix the sticking. You might open it up and check that the screen is fully plugged in.
