My Bit keeps connecting and disconnecting while in USB port

I was messing around with my Bit while I was putting in some programs now when I was done I tried to install my firmware and when it did it didnt turn on at first after that when I pluged it in, it kept connecting and disconnecting now I have noway to try updating the firmware. Help.

Having the same problem. Don’t know what to do. Replaced batteries, didn’t help.
