Nibble making windows 10 crash and restart

hi CircuitMess, haven’t been here for awhile. but I have tried starting up my nibble, and it does not work at all. it has a black screen, but still has the blue flashing light for a split second. I have checked all of the solder joints multiple times. so when I went to plug it in, CircuitBlocks didn’t recognise it. so I held the reset button and it found the nibble. then i connected it to restore the firmware on the chip. when it was loading the little box said connecting, then an underscore symbol. i retried a couple more times. but on the 4th time, my laptop went to a blank blue screen, then restarted automatically. i have no idea wat is happening! pls help me and i will do anything. this was a birthday present in October but ever since, it has been sitting in my room, dead and not working. this is all because i was trying to put micropython onto it.:worried:

Hey @DIYParker,

sorry to hear about this!

Could you please send us a few photos of all the soldering joints on your Nibble (back and front, without the casings)? You can send those to contact@circuitmess.com.

Thank you,
Monika
