Ringo Phone Not Working

I just received my fully assembled North America LTE Ringo phone today. The phone does not seem to work. I have tried it with two different SIM cards on two different networks. Both SIM cards work immediately in our other phones.

For our Ting SIM the phone hangs on Calling… and hangs on SMS Sending Message… Calls and Messages cannot be sent successfully.

For our Verizon SIM the phone is in a constant state of Registering… and calls cannot be made.

How can I resolve this situation?
