I have soldered everything correctly, and Ringo comes on with the boot screen. It is however incredibly slow, when I press buttons there is at least a 5 second delay if not more when I push a button. Any idea where I should start?

Hey, sounds like a soldering iron with some of the interrupt pins on the brain board.
