My screen flickers intermittently and contrast goes dark even though it is set on the lowest setting. Sometimes the only way to view the screen clearly is to view the screen at a very sharp angle from the top or bottom. Then occasionally it just works perfect. Being fully charger, on the charger or low charge doesn’t make a difference. I’ve also noticed that if i apply some pressure to the top right corner of the screen it fixes the problem.

Sounds like you might be having similar issues to @Jez, he was able to fix the issue by modifying where the screen was accessing its power from.
Here is a link to the post regarding his fix. Of course I need to emphasise the fact that this is a rather permanent and potentially damaging modification, it might not even fix your problem, but if your symptoms match his then it’s worth a try.
