Soldering iron cut out

Hi guys,

I received the Nibble I ordered - very quick delivery, thank you.

I managed to do most of the soldering with my son, but the iron stopped working after a while. The blue light was still on, but no heat was being generated. I saw the instructions about the metal ring not being unscrewed and so have checked this and it has not come loose.

Is there anything else it could be, or is it likely faulty?

If it’s any consolation, my iron was the same. But great service from CM and a new one is on it’s way! :slight_smile:
