[SOLVED] Soldering iron not melting solder

Hello,

After one use of the soldering iron at the recommended temperature, the soldering iron will no longer melt the solder. The tip appears to be burnt and no longer able to melt/stick to the solder.

Is there a way to get replacement tips for these irons?
