Spencer TTS/STT not working

Hi!

Sorry for cross-posting, but I’m not sure of the best place to post this.

I posted in the Spencer topic that all of the text-to-speech and speech-to-text functions don’t appear to be working for Spencer. It’s just timing out when it attempts anything, and returning a network error as a result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! I’ve already posted a reply in the other thread, but I’m crossposting here just in case.

I apologize for the issue. Spencer’s speech server froze up and our monitoring tool failed to raise an alarm. I restarted the server and your Spencer should now work as intended.
